How do I sign up for the newsletter?
Scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and you'll find a "subscribe" button. Enter your email and you will be signed up. You'll only receive emails when there is a sale or upcoming events.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, shipping is only available in Canada.

Do you have free shipping?
Free shipping is available on purchases over $100.00.
If you use the coupon code "PICKUP" you will receive free shipping and be able to pick up your order at an upcoming craft show or event.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the products being purchased. Shipping rates range between $5.00 and $45.00. As long as your order is under 5 kg in weight shipping will be $35.00 and under. To give you an idea, you would need to order 85 bars of lavender 4-in-1 soaps to reach 5 kg.

 

How long does shipping take?

It takes 1 to 7 days for processing each order. When using standard shipping each item will arrive between 3 and 7 business days. When using priority shipping each order will take 1 to 3 business days.

Where are you located?
Currently, I work out of Keene Ontario and my beehives are at my grandfather's farm in Omemee Ontario.

I do not have a storefront but I plan on attending farmer's markets in the future.

Do you have vegan products?
Many of my products are vegan and the ingredients list is displayed clearly on each product. The only animal product used is honey and beeswax from my small apiary.

Do you test on animals?
Products are never tested on animals. I test all products on myself and my friends and family.

Do you have a return policy?
If there is any problem with a product please email me at growinggreenco@gmail.com (or DM me) and we can figure out a solution together. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason.
If there is a problem with a product a new product will be sent for free or you will be given store credit. If you do not like a product you can return it for store credit.

Do you have a refill station?
I do not have a location for a refill station on my products, however, if you return four clean lip balm tubes you will receive a free lip balm. I will either responsibly recycle the tubes or sterilize and reuse them.

Is your packaging recyclable?
All of the labels, jars, tins and tubes used are fully recyclable. Be sure to check your local recycling station's guidelines before recycling. I recommend you reuse any jars, tins or gift boxes.
